In the Spotlight- This event scheduled for Saturday, January 19 at the WAPAEC Center has been cancelled due to the weather.
Trivia Night- Help support After Prom 2019 by participating in The Office Trivia Night. Saturday, February 2 at Lebowskis. Space is limited, so get registered soon!!
Girls Track Meeting- A short girls track meeting will be on Thursday, January 24th at 3:30pm in the Commons for anyone interested in girls track.
After Prom- Attention Junior Parents!! You should have received a letter regarding After Prom Fundraising/Help. WE are in charge of planning, fundraising, organizing and providing volunteers for the WHS After Prom Party. We want to provide a fun and safe night for our students and we need your help! We are looking for cash donations (the more money we receive from parents, the less fundraising we have to do!!), volunteers to help with fundraising and volunteers the night of the event. Scholarship- Seniors: The Kiwanis AMers are offering 2 $500 scholarships to former Builder's Club members. A copy of the link to the google doc is below and also in a Schoology message to the Class of 2019. College Rep- Truman State will have a representative here on Thursday, March 7th during the lunch shifts.
Individual Speech Meeting- There will be a Speech Team meeting for those interested in Individual Speech events on Wednesday, January 23rd in Mrs. Zimmerman's room during advisory. Those interested in performing in an Individual Speech event should plan to attend. Hope to see you there!
Wrestling Cancelled- Wrestling at East Marshall on Saturday has been cancelled.
No School- Monday, January 21 is a no school day for students due to Teacher Professional Development. Kirkwood will not be in session due to Martin Luther King Day.
